At Motorcycle Boardgames, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this agreement.
